Unpakk is built and maintained by a small, independent team in India. We genuinely read everything that comes in — whether it’s a bug, a tax edge case we don’t handle yet, a correction, or a partnership idea.

What to write about
- Found a wrong number? Tell us the input (CTC, city, regime, deductions) and what you expected. Accuracy is the whole point of Unpakk, so corrections jump the queue. Material engine fixes get logged in the Changelog.
- A tax case we don’t cover? Multiple employers, mid-year switches, RSUs, foreign income, specific allowances — tell us what you’re trying to model and we’ll consider it for the roadmap.
- Feedback or a feature request. What would make Unpakk genuinely more useful for you?
- Press, partnerships, or affiliates. Happy to talk, as long as it never compromises editorial independence or your privacy.
What we can’t help with
We’re not chartered accountants, and we can’t give you individualised tax, legal, or investment advice over email. Unpakk is an accurate first pass to help you ask your CA or HR the right questions — for anything with filing or legal consequences, please confirm with a qualified professional.
Privacy note
Please don’t email us your actual salary or personal financial details for a calculation — you never need to. Every calculator runs entirely in your browser and we never receive what you type (see Privacy). If you’re reporting a calculation bug, a rounded or made-up example number is all we need.
